The partners in West Wind have a combined 40 years of experience in sailing and maintaining cruising boats.  Through the process of preparing our boats to cruise, we have investigated the proper gear and outfitted both mono-hulls and catamarans.  We are well acquainted with all of the vessels critical systems and equipment. 

We keep current with the continually changing product lines available for the recreational and cruising boat, allowing us to recommend the correct choice in electronics and other equipment available in the market.  We offer a recommendation for what we believe is the right equipment for the job, not the most expensive.

Through our efforts to prepare our own boats, we have learned that attention to detail and quality of equipment installation is critical to the life of the vessel and its systems.  We do it right the first time and we stand behind our work.
